We are currently hiring for a Behavior Technician!  Full-time, Part-time, and Saturday positions available.

 

What you'll do:

  • Work 1-on-1 with kids in the clinical and community environments, including school-like settings and a mock classroom.
  • Teach and facilitate exciting and necessary skills, like play, communication, and conversation.
  • Use Applied Behavior Analysis.
  • Collaborate with BCBAs, educators, other therapists, and families to create meaningful progress.
  • Make a difference in the lives of children.

Job Requirements:

  • Physically able to work with children, including getting up and down from the floor, playing, and blocking behaviors.
  • Upbeat, positive attitude.
  • Great with organization and time management.
  • Excellent communication.
  • Ability to recount daily activities via written communication.
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new information, including following written plans and utilizing online systems of data collection.
  • A Registered Behavior Technician certification must be obtained within 45 days of hiring.
